Returns & Refund Policy

Soulisfree stands behind the quality of the products we sell, and we sincerely hope you enjoy your purchase. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you can return your order for a refund within 30 days of your purchase.

What items can I return or exchange?
  • All purchases (including regular-priced items and sale items) can be returned within 30 days after receiving the last package of your order.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with the original tags. Additionally, all items in the package must be intact. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees, and no refund will be issued.
  • Soulisfree is not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Orders will not be re-sent or refunded.
  • Please note that orders returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, failed delivery attempts, or if customers do not reschedule delivery within 30 days of the initial attempt, shipping charges will not be refunded. We cannot accept responsibility for packages not received due to an incorrect shipping address being entered for the order.
  • All shipping fees are the responsibility of the customers. This includes shipping fees for a return or exchange. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
  • Please note: "Flash Sale/Final Sale" items cannot be exchanged or refunded except for quality issues.
How do I return items that I have purchased?
  • Please send us pictures of the problem/defect along with your order number to the email address used for placing the order. (Emails should be sent to support@soulisfree.com)
  • Pack your return item(s) securely in the original package if possible, and make sure to securely tape the Return Label on the outside of your return package. Merchandise must have all tags, including any Soulisfree hangtags, attached.
  • Products can only be returned if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was received.
  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the order delivery date.
  • Return packages must be dropped off with the return shipping carrier within 7 days after a return label has been provided; otherwise, the return will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued.
Kind reminder:
  • Any addresses on the parcel are not approved as the return address.
  • Return packages should be authorized by email at support@soulisfree.com. Returns shipped to us without prior authorization are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Any return request not authorized by customer service will not be honored.
  • When choosing your clothing size, please make sure to consult the size chart provided by us. If you choose a size without consulting our size chart and discover that the clothing does not fit properly because it is either too large or too small, we only offer exchanges and do not accept returns. Additionally, you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with exchanges.
Can I change my order?
  • All exchange requests will be processed as refunds. Exchange is not available at this time. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return your purchase for a refund and place a new order.
When will I receive my refund?
  • Most refunds are fully processed and refunded within 7 days after we receive your return.
    If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, what should you do?
    • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we would like to make it right. Please email us at support@soulisfree.com within 7 days of receipt to inform us of the issue; do not submit a return request online.
    • We will do our best to replace defective, damaged, or incorrect items. If we are unable to send a replacement, you will receive a refund of the purchase price plus shipping charges.
      Can I cancel or update my order?
      • To make any changes, including cancellations or address updates, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Please submit a help ticket through the "Contact Us" section if you decide to cancel the order. 
      • We accept cancellations only if the product has not yet been shipped or produced. If canceled within this timeframe, you will receive a full refund.
      Once the product is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
