Return & Refund Policy

Return Requirements:

  • Due to hygiene concerns, we cannot accept returns on stockings, hats, or earrings.
  • Customized products can only be returned if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Soulisfree is not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. Orders will not be resent or refunded in such cases.
  • We cannot provide returns or exchanges for accidental damage caused during laundering or dry cleaning, such as stains, burns, shrinkage, discoloration, wrinkles, tears, rips, bleach damage, iron damage, or issues with seams or button hardware.
  • Orders returned due to incorrect shipping address, missed delivery attempts, or un-rescheduled deliveries within 30 days will not have shipping charges refunded. We cannot accept responsibility for undelivered packages due to an incorrect address.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Return items should be packed securely and sent to our warehouse in China.

How to Make a Return:

  1. Sign in to your Soulisfree account.
  2. Email us at support@soulisfree.com with pictures showing the defect or issue.
  3. Pack your return items securely in the original packaging if possible, and attach the return label on the outside of the package.
  4. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of delivery, and return packages must be shipped within 7 days of receiving the return label.
  5. Fast Refund: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Kind Reminder:

  • Return packages must be authorized by customer service. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
  • Return address details will be provided after your request is submitted.

Exchange Policy:

  • All exchange requests will be processed as refunds. Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

Order Cancellation:

  • Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase will receive a full refund.
  • Orders canceled after 24 hours but before shipment will incur a 15% cancellation fee.
  • Once the order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
